| What "gear" do I need to become a birdwatcher? | All you really need is a desire and your eyes and ears! But depending on how serious you are, the basics include binoculars, a good field guide, and clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and terrain in your birdwatching location.
As you become more skilled you may want to add a spotting scope, camera with good lenses and a tripod. |
